1. Data controller

CLEAN KLASS s.r.o. is the controller of any personal data processed in connection with this website, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”). We have not appointed a data protection officer; we are not required to do so, because we carry out no large-scale or systematic processing. Data protection enquiries go to info@zlatavor.online.

2. What we do not do

• We set no cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
• We use no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted statistics script, no page counters.
• We use no advertising or conversion pixels and no remarketing tags.
• We do no fingerprinting — no canvas, font, or device probing.
• We write nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
• We load no third-party resources. No web fonts, no content delivery network, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets, no maps.
• We operate no contact form, no comment section, no newsletter and no user account system, so there is nothing for you to fill in and nothing for us to store.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, and we run no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Because we place and read no information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you requested, no consent is required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, and there is therefore no consent banner on this site. The cookie policy explains how to confirm this in your own browser.

3. Server log files

Our hosting provider records standard technical log entries when a page is served. A log entry may contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring address if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.

4. If you write to us

If you send an email to info@zlatavor.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a pre-contractual or contractual matter, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to comply with any applicable retention obligation, then delete it. We do not add your address to any mailing list.

5. Outbound partner links

Some links on this site lead to third-party sellers and are commercial partner links. They are marked as such wherever they appear.

Following one of those links takes you to a website operated by someone else. From that moment, that operator's privacy policy applies, not ours. Those operators commonly set cookies and use tracking technologies in order to attribute a sale. We have no control over this, we receive no personal data about you from them, and any commission report we receive is aggregated and contains no information identifying you.

Our pages send the strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, which means a destination site is told only that you came from https://zlatavor.online, not which page you were reading. Outbound commercial links also carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" and open in a new tab.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Article 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@zlatavor.online or to the postal address above. We reply within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR. In practice, because we hold almost nothing, most requests are answered by confirming that we hold no data about you beyond any email you have sent us.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in which you live or work.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and because it collects no data, it collects none from children either.

8. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. It is a set of static files: there is no database, no user account system, no administration interface and no form handler, which removes most of the routes by which visitor data could be exposed.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the site works in a way that affects this policy — for example by adding any form of measurement — we will update this page, change the date at the top, and implement whatever consent mechanism the law then requires before the change goes live. We will never introduce tracking retroactively.
