By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What the site is

The site is an independent editorial publication about consumer security software and online safety. It provides general information for a general audience.

2. What the site is not

  • It is not a shop. No product or service is sold here. We take no orders, accept no payments, issue no invoices and grant no licences.
  • It is not a party to your purchase. If you follow a link and buy something, the contract is between you and that seller. Delivery, licence keys, activation, support, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are matters for the seller.
  • It is not product support. We cannot install, activate, reset, refund or cancel anything on your behalf, and we have no access to any seller's customer accounts.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which a consumer resides. Disputes fall to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, again without prejudice to any mandatory rule allowing a consumer to sue or be sued in their own country. Consumers in the EU may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), the designated body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic.
